Over and above

Carl carried out a survey on my flat a few years ago which was excellent. Recently I have had a problem with a leak in the ceiling and he has gone over and above to help. He always gets back to you and explains things in layman's terms so that you can understand. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
