We travel throughout the country wherever specialist expertise is required.
Although our principal focus is on listed buildings, period houses, country estates and other architecturally significant property, we regularly inspect contemporary buildings and traditional houses and flats.

Our (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) RICS Level 3 equivalent building surveys provide a detailed assessment of condition and risk, regardless of a property’s age, type, size or value. Fees are tailored to the complexity of the building and the time required for a thorough inspection, meaning simpler properties naturally attract lower fees.
Our heritage reports support planning applications on listed buildings, or can simply provide an insight into the heritage and development of important historic buildings.
We can liaise directly with your legal adviser where appropriate, helping to ensure a joined-up approach throughout the transaction.
